Is this a physical product?
No. Software and licence key products are supplied digitally by email. No physical disc, USB or postage is included.
How will I receive my licence key?
Licence details and setup or activation instructions are supplied by email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.
How quickly will I receive it?
Licence details are usually sent within 1 hour during opening hours. If you order out of hours, they will be sent as soon as possible when we are next available.
Can I get help if I am unsure what to buy?
Yes. Please contact IT Done Right before ordering if you are unsure which Windows, Office, antivirus or backup software product is suitable.
Can software or licence keys be returned?
